GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The line is free, confidential and answered by trained advisers. You can also use the live chat on gamcare.org.uk and join structured online support groups.
BeGambleAware
BeGambleAware.org provides clear information about gambling harm, self-assessment tools and a directory of treatment services across England, Scotland and Wales. Resources are aimed at players, friends and family.

Gordon Moody and NHS support
